In late August 2009, Dr. Conable was invited to teach Applied
Kinesiology in China. She taught
at the Century Village Hospital in their chiropractic unit to a group of
Chinese medical doctors interested in chiropractic and manual medicine. The 2-day seminar introduced Applied
Kinesiology in China for the first time. A fellow faculty member from Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Quinggen
Zhang, arranged the seminar and translated. Several of the doctors became interested in coming to the US
to study chiropractic as a specialty as a result.
