Why is addressing the mind important? Because we all have emotional baggage. Yes, we all do.

Yes, each of us has emotional baggage.

How can we say these words with such conviction? Because we've put the most happy-go-lucky, worry-free, carefree, "I have no complaints.", "I had the best childhood." people within our EVOX and they came out of it with insight of their emotional baggage---that insidious emotional baggage--that has been impacting their daily life.

Insidious. Stealthy. But nonetheless harmful. That's emotional baggage. And the only thing worse than having emotional baggage, is believing you don't have any.

Chronic emotional baggage dissipates our energy and saps our creativity. Each of us has only a certain amount of energy that fuels our spirit. If 5%....or 90%...of that energy is directed toward our emotional baggage, then that same percentage is not available for other pursuits. We lose energy. We lose creativity. We aren't able to live life to its fullest potential.

There are two parts to our mind -- the conscious and the unconscious.

The conscious is what you know and what you think.

It is described that our mind is like an iceberg-- 10% of that iceberg is above water and is what you see and know and think about. However, 90% of that iceberg is below water! So, in the iceberg, who's running the show? Obviously the ice below the water is running the iceberg's show.

The picture below says a 1000 words -- the picture below is an iceberg. But we'd like you to think of this iceberg picture as a picture of YOUR MIND! Why? Because 90% of your mind is being driven by the 'stuff' that is below the surface, the stuff you can't see, the stuff you don't know, the stuff you don't think about, the stuff you don't talk about-- but in fact is really there and this unconscious, under the water part of your mind is running your show of life!

Your brain is the 3 lb lump of tissue that is lodged in your skull.

Your mind is your brain in action.

10% of that mind is above water -- and you know about it

90% of that mind is below water -- still running the show but you don't know it

Another explanation we like to use to explain our own personal experience with EVOX is this: We all live in this huge, beautiful mansion with thousands of square feet of space and dozens of rooms on every floor----that mansion is our mind.

The problem is, most of those floors and rooms have their doors shut and locked hard. The lights are turned off in these floors, rooms and hallways too. Information is the communication of knowledge and each cell of your body is built for communication. The outer cell wall is comprised of two layers of fat, called a bi-lipid layer. The lipid molecules are organized in a crystalline pattern that facilitates communication. You may be familiar with crystals and their use. Using very simple components, and no outside energy source, a crystal radio allows you to capture the waves from a radio station and convert them into audio energy. The crystal like structure of each of the 70 trillion cells that make up your body allows you to receive information in a similar way. As the cells compress and expand their structure generates the energy needed to pass information along, allowing your entire body to function in a coordinated and healthy way.

As your cells communicate, EVOX technology makes it possible to eavesdrop and listen to the conversation.
